Jayden Roles

Pre show – Marketing

Live show – Manager

Feedback from Meeting 1 - Jayden is very creative and I think that him picking the role of Marketing Manager was a good idea. If he had, had more time then he would have been able to market the show better. I think it would have been good if the Marketing Managers had worked together to advertise the show - this might have been more helpful as working together makes work easier in the long run. Jayden picked the role of Stage Manager for his live show role - this was a good idea as he could have worked with myself and the other Stage Managers to ensure the smooth running of the show. I feel that he did well at his role as Stage Manager - as he helped and guided people very well.

Kane Roles -

Pre show – Quality & finaliser checker (check final plans and decide what to use/not to use)

Live show -Roadie (set up stage)

Feedback from Meeting 1 - It was a good idea for Kane to be Quality and Finaliser Checker as he is very organised and he has a good ear for music. He was very thorough in his role and made sure to check in on people during rehearsals, to ensure that the songs we were practicing were good enough for the show. It was also a good idea for him to pick this role had he has done this before. It was a good idea for Kane to pick the role of Roadie, because he has done this before which was discussed in the meeting. Kane also said that he is strong, and is able to lift things easily to set up the stage - this was also discussed in the meeting. 

Ollie Roles-

Pre show – Quality checker (check final plans and decide what to use/not to use)

Live show – Light & sound tech

Feedback from Meeting 1 -  Ollie did well in his role as Quality Checker - as he has a good ear for music and he checked in on us during rehearsals. It was a good idea for Ollie to be a light and sound technician for the Live Show because, as discussed in the meeting he has said that he has done this before and he had previous experience. 

Mo Roles-

Pre show – Event manager

Live show – Light tech

Feedback from Meeting 1 - Mo did well in his role as a Light Tech. As discussed in the meeting Mo said that he has shadowed professional light techs at big events which means that he has prior experience of being a light tech.

Feedback from Meeting 1 - Good, because he has done it before. Good, because he's done it before. Nills' has quite a lot of authority - which means that people would listen to him when he is directing people to complete tasks. 

Leah Roles -

Pre show - Marketing

Feedback from Meeting 1 - I thought that it would be a good idea to pick Marketing as my Pre-show role. I picked this role as I have helped out with marketing in the past. And I feel that I am very creative - and I could use my creativity to design and make posters, posters, social media posts and email for the event. If I had more time I would, have made more posts on social media to advertise the show - I would have advertised the show on Facebook, Instagram. I picked Stage Manager as my live show role as I have experience of managing people - which I have done before. If I had to do this role again I would be more vocal. I would ask for other people's opinions on my role, and for feedback. I could use this feedback to improve on my role overall.
