Feedback from Meeting 3 - The PowerPoint is nice and simple with a white background and some small details at the side. This keeps everything professional and clean looking. Having no pictures in the PowerPoint means that there is nothing which is distracting the viewer. Using a different slide for each week means that there is a clear layout to the timeline and it is easily understood by the viewer - even someone who is not involved in the performance would be able to understand what is happening each week. There aren't many words on each slide - mainly being Week X and then a bullet point for what is happening that week.
Positive- The plain white background with a small detail on the side makes the PowerPoint look professional and easy to read. Using a black font which is large means that it is easy to read for people, this also means that if the PowerPoint is printed out then people are able to read it easily. Not including pictures in the PowerPoint, means that people will not be distracted by them.
Negative- Having the PowerPoint with a plain white background - means that the PowerPoint looks boring. The PowerPoint didn't show which weeks may have been half term and which were when we would be in college.

Feedback from Meeting 3 - The PowerPoint has a blue accent on the right side which makes it more attractive to the viewer. The PowerPoint also uses a white background and black text. The titles of the slides are the same set out as the previous one, Week X and the a bullet point for what is happening that week. Also to be noted the titles and the bullet points are in blue instead of black.
Positive- Using the blue accent on the site of the slides adds in some interest. Sticking with the white background of the slides means that everything is easy to see. And not having pictures means that there is nothing to distract the audience.
Negative - Having no pictures on the slides means that the slides are still on the boring side. Also it should be noted that the college holidays are not noted on the timetable which means that it is not clear when the students would be in college or not.

Feedback from Meeting 3 - The timetable is set out on a word document instead of a PowerPoint which makes it easier to understand. The timetable is just a bullet list with each week noted down and what is going to happen in each week. Yellow highlight has been used to show the weeks when the college would be on half term. This document timetable uses a less is more approach which gives it a clean look overall.
Positive- Setting out the timetable in a word document gives it a clean look, and means that it will look good if it is printed out and displayed in the classroom for everyone to see. Using just a bullet point list makes the timetable clear and simple. Using yellow to highlight when the college is on holiday - which helps to know how long we have left to practice.
Negative - There could have been some more details added onto the timetable about what is happening each week - this would make it better as we would have had more idea what exactly was happening. They could have used different colour codes for different things such as blue for rehearsal days or pink for days when we focused on something else such as planning.

Feedback from Meeting 3 - This PowerPoint uses a very dark purple and red background which makes it hard to see any of the text which is on it. The font is black for some parts which means that it is hard to read. The titles are in white so they are easier to see. The titles were also at the bottom of the slides instead of the top which was unusual. There were no images included in the PowerPoint which means that there is minimal distraction for the reader.
Positive- No images used which means that there is no distraction for the viewer. Good colour scheme used. White font for the titles means that they are easy to read. Also the titles being at the bottom of the page was something different and attracted the viewers eye to other parts of the timetable.
Negative - The colour of the PowerPoint slides was too dark meaning that it was difficult to see what was happening each week. They could have used a white colour font for the rest of the text instead of using it just for the titles.

Feedback from Meeting 3 - The timetable is set out in a word document again. This clear layout helps as this would look good if it was printed out in the classroom and everyone could look at it. This used the same approach with less is more. They used yellow highlights to show which weeks we are in college and left everything else unhighlighted as weeks which we are in college. Each week is noted again and what is happening that week is explained on the list. Easy to understand.
Positive- Used a word document again - this gives a clear layout and makes the timetable easy to understand. Using Yellow to highlight the weeks which we aren't in college makes this easy to see. Lots of detail included to ensure that everyone would know what is going on each week.
Negative - Could have used other colours of highlight to show rehearsal weeks or weeks when focusing on planning or other things.

Feedback from Meeting 3 - This is clearly laid out in a picture document instead of using a PowerPoint or a word document. This is set out like a list and colour coded, each week has its own colour which means you can clearly see which week we are working on. Each week is named Week X and then there are some notes to show what is happening each week. This timetable even shows which weeks are half term and which are in college.
Positive- Clearly laid out as a list. Good use of colour - means looking at the timetable quickly would mean that you knew which week you were on by just a quick glance. This timetable also shows which weeks are half term and which week we are in college.
Negative- You could have added in check boxes to tick off the weeks which have passed. A little more detail could be added for what is happening each week.

Feedback from Meeting 3 - This timetable is set out in a word document, but using a table instead of just having everything set out as a list. The table uses colours instead of a list. It uses colours to highlight different things. Each week is clearly shown and a good explanation is given for what is happening each week. They have even included the date which each week commences.
Positive - This timetable is set out really clearly, having the date which each week starts helps to keep things on track too and I think this would be ideal to be printed out in the classroom. Using colour to highlight different things happening each week makes it clear to see what is happening each week. Including the date which each week commences helps to keep everything on track.
Negative - Some of the colours which have been used could be lighter - because having a dark colour with dark font on top makes it hard to read at times. Could have put the page into landscape which means the table would have been bigger and easier to read
Discussed the different types of marketing
What type of marketing is there?
- Content marketing
- Social media marketing
- Influencer marketing
- Search engine marketing
- Email marketing
- Public relations
- Print marketing
- Direct mail
- Television and radio
Which would be the most appropriate type of marketing for us to use for the show?
The most appropriate type of advertising we could use to advertise the show would be - using email marketing, social media, and we could use posters as well.
Why would we use this?
We could use email to send an email to all staff and students to let them know about the show happening. Staff would pass on the information to their students - or students could tell their friends in case they have not seen their emails.
We could use social media to spread the word about the show - this means that the general public would be able to get information about the show and they could use a link on social media to buy tickets for the show, they could also share the posts so other people could see it. It would be a good idea to advertise on social media well in advance of the occasion so more people would be able to see it
We could post, posters around college to ensure that people who are in college are able to see information about the show. To keep the posters simpler we could include a QR code for people to scan to get more information about the show and to buy tickets.
